TRUCK SECURE PARKING
October 28 2022, the Local Authority, Community of Municipalities « Touraine Vallée de l’Indre » will open its secure parking lot for trucks in the heart of the ISOPARC business park, an eco-responsible park certified PALME, a label awarded to areas that contribute to sustainable development.
The parking lot, with a surface area of approximately 3 hectares, has a capacity of 149 parking spots with controlled access. This secure parking lot is equipped with photovoltaic shades, thus offering ideal parking conditions in summer and also during the winter.

RENEWABLE ENERGY AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Near the secure parking lot is a natural gas station for vehicles, owned by ENGIE. This station allows the use of carbon neutral fuels. Accessible to all types of vehicles, green natural gas can be used for both gasoline engines and modified diesel engines. As an alternative to diesel, Natural Gas for Vehicles is a solution that meets new environmental regulations and promotes sustainable urban logistics.
In addition, a low-carbon hydrogen distribution station will be opened in 2023. The equipment has a double pressure (350 and 700 bars)
SERVICES OFFERED
Various services will be offered from the start, such as WIFI, sanitary facilities and vending machines (drinks, snacks, etc.).
Alongside with these changes, the construction of a rest room for the drivers is planned, providing even more services, such as a rest area, a television, a laundry room and many others. Other services will be added gradually as the project develops.

The security of the parking lot will be ensured by a video surveillance system, but also by on-site security guards, ready to assist drivers in need.
